Management Team


The management team of WRT is made up of experienced personnel in several categories including fabrication, sales, marketing, administration and permitting with professional outside impartial assistance in accounting, tax, and engineering. The base of the team has in excess of thirty years experience in fabrication, sales and engineering. Not only do WRT employees have experience in fabrication, permitting and installation but they have extensive experience in incineration operations as a third party provider for many municipalities under the company’s Own/Operate and Environmental Partnership programs where they are exposed to day-to-day waste, landfill and incineration issues that face the municipal and private landfill operators.

Ronnie Crochet: Crochet is the president and founder of the company and since its inception has been solely responsible for all operations and administration. Crochet is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a B.S. in Management and a graduate of the Wayne Research Institute. Crochet will remain with the company through 2009 providing design, preliminary engineering, sales and operations oversight.

Riley Hagan III: Hagan is the manager of WRT which now owns the former CEC operations since the acquisition effective January 1, 2008. Hagan is the company’s vice president (pending the retirement of Crochet) and oversees all aspects of the company, having overall responsibility for WRT. Hagan brings to WRT vast experience in a number of industries including petroleum engineering, oil and gas operations, banking, non-banking finance and administrative experience in each of these industries. Hagan is a cum laude graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. degree in petroleum engineering; a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking – Southern Methodist University (Dallas); is certified as an Airline Transport Pilot and Certificated Flight Instructor (single/multi-engine, instrument, jet) and holds several medical certifications from the American Red Cross.

Trudy Beach: Beach is a contract employee responsible for the bookkeeping of the business. She established the existing chart of accounts to more accurately present the financial picture of the business, researched and reconciled historical information to more accurately reflect the past performance of CEC/WRT and has produced several financial projection models to better advise management of financing needs and modeling, administrative and production costs and taxation. Beach is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. Beach has a private accounting practice specializing in small business accounting, business taxation and working in the field of forensic accounting.

James Fishback:    Fishback is a contract employee providing design, engineering and development of modular incinerator systems with unit capacities from 110 lb/hr to 150 tons/day with corresponding material handling systems, energy recovery systems and flue gas scrubber systems. Related services include preliminary facility design, design of specialized mechanical equipment, manufacturing techniques, and equipment. He has made his service available to CEC/WRT since 1970. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and has held the following positions with manufacturers: Carbide and Carbon Chemicals Co. as engineer in pressure vessel design; Texaco Experiment Inc. as senior engineer involved in design and testing of various experimental burners and missile propulsion; Smitherm Inc. as director of research and development of patented industrial heat transfer processes; Consumat Systems Inc. as chief engineer and director of product development and manufacturing and was the principal designer of a full line of modular incinerators, related material handling systems and dry scrubber systems.
